PT Otora Global Solutions is a technology company based in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The company was approved by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia on 8 July 2026.
We bring together two kinds of expertise. The first is building tidy business systems: SaaS, ERP, payment integrations, and automation. The second is putting AI to work inside those systems, from customer service on WhatsApp to warehouse operations.
Our products, Otora AI Agent, the omnichannel inbox, and Otora AI Gateway, are built in-house and tailored for each client. With our own gateway, clients are free to choose and switch AI models without rewriting their applications.
We work remotely with clients across Indonesia and can meet in person when a project needs it.
