Summary
This site is a company profile. It has no forms, sets no tracking cookies, and loads no third-party analytics or ads. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Data recorded when you visit
Like every web server, ours keeps technical logs: IP address, time of access, pages opened, and browser type. These logs are used only for server security and maintenance, are not combined with other data, and are deleted periodically.
Data you send us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or e-mail, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or rent this data to anyone.
Data in client products and projects
Data processed by the AI agents, inbox, gateway, or systems we build for clients is governed by each project agreement, including which AI model providers are used, where data is stored, who can access it, and how it is deleted.
Your rights
Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal data you have sent us. Send your request to fikri@otora.id.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
